Dr. Bounds is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Virginia Society for Plastic Surgeons. Trained at Duke University, University of Virginia and the Emory Hospitals Program he has practiced in Virginia Beach for twenty years.

Dr. Bounds performs various types of breast surgery, augmentations, lifts, implants, and reductions. He is skilled in all types of body surgery including liposuction or body sculpting and abdominoplasty (tummy tucks).
