Dr. Kevin B. Bounds of Plastic Surgery of Virginia Beach is committed to meeting your needs in his state-of-the-art Surgery Center in Virginia Beach. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. It is the only board recognized and approved for plastic surgery by the American Board of Medical Specialties, the governing body for the United States.

Dr. Bounds has extensive experience in the unique specialty of cosmetic plastic surgery. He has the experience and expertise to achieve beautiful and natural results for you. Dr. Bounds performs many types of breast surgery, augmentations, lifts and reductions. He is skilled in all types of body surgery such as liposuction or body sculpting and abdominoplasty (tummy tucks).

Dr. Bounds is a 1978 graduate (magna cum laude) of Duke University. Dr Bounds attended medical School at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, graduating in 1982, after which he completed his Internship and Residency in 1989 at Emory University Affiliated Hospital.

Dr. Bounds attracts patients from all of Hampton Roads and North-East North Carolina.
